Responsible for transactions and contracts, Colleen has extensive experience in commercial real estate with a concentration on lease administration. She spent 6 years at Wendy's Company in their Real Estate department and prior to that has worked in law firms and real estate companies. A graduate of Youngstown State University she also obtained her Certified Legal Assistant certification from Capital University. When not working, Colleen likes to spend time with family and travel.
