This individual must have the ability to provide-day-to-day management for assigned projects. Acting as a team leader, you will coordinate the efforts of internal teams and internal/external service providers as they pertain to assigned projects.

What you will do…

Project Management:

  • Manage all day-to-day activities for assigned projects;
  • Create and maintain project files;
  • Develop and implement project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.;
  • Drive project schedule and provide status updates;
  • Manage project workflow in SalesForce and Procore as assigned;
  • Conduct research on prospective and selected site locations as they pertain to assigned projects;
  • Other duties as assigned

Communications:

  • Coordinate communication and manage expectations between team members and stakeholders;
  • Report status of project actions and deliverables to all identified stakeholders;
  • Respond to delays and other problems and emergencies;
  • Provide follow up on open items and report findings;
  • Collaborate on proposal preparation and participate in client presentations/interviews;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all business-related matters

Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal departments, architects, engineers, subcontractors, attorneys, and clients;
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts and proposals between contractors and owners

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Commercial Real Estate Development
  • 3-5 years of project management experience required
  • Construction, Development or Commercial Real Estate project management experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Must be familiar with Project Management Methods
  • PMP preferred

  • Ability to read and understand architectural renderings and site plans
