Erin Montgomery, a proven leader in sales and business development, has joined Skilken Gold as Vice President of Sales and Client Engagement.
In the new position for the company, Erin will drive the national real estate developer’s corporate growth strategy in both new and existing market sectors. A fourth-generation, family-owned business, located in Columbus, Ohio, Skilken Gold specializes in single-tenant development in the Quick Service Restaurant, Grocery, Convenience and Fuel and Healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Skilken Gold, Erin served as the Vice President of Business Development for Indianapolis-based MS Companies, a national technology and services company that focuses on operational and workforce efficiencies. Among her many successes at MS Companies, Erin secured the largest national contract in the company’s history, increasing company revenues by 35% in fiscal year 2018.
