Skilken Gold announced today the purchase of a site from The New Albany Company for a new Sheetz restaurant and convenience store in the New Albany International Business Park. The 2.91-acre site is situated at the Northeast Corner of Johnstown Road and Walton Parkway, west of the Abercrombie & Fitch headquarters building and east of Route 161.
