In November 2018, Skilken|Gold celebrated the grand opening of a new Wendy’s
restaurant in Hampstead, North Carolina. Not only did the team close without
contingencies in just 60 days, but Skilken|Gold managed every detail of the
build-to-suit development (from land acquisition and entitlements to construction
management), navigated Hurricane Florence and completed the project months
before the franchisee's originally projected timing.

Skilken|Gold sold six Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery stores, all located in Louisiana,
to The Hampshire Companies and their South Korean partner for $78 million. The Baton Rouge
location, which opened in March 2017, is a prototype for Walmart Neighborhood Market's new

In August 2017, the Skilken|Gold team participated in the groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate
Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians' new Grove City location. The single-story 10,000 square-foot building,
will offer Ohio ENTs, allergists, audiologists and hearing aid services in one location to southwestern
Columbus. The project is expected to be completed in March 2018.
Skilken|Gold sold a three-tenant shopping center in Pittsburgh, PA for $5.3 million to a private
investor in California. As the project's developer, Skilken|Gold bought the ground in 2016
and completed the 7,000-square foot shopping center in September 2017. The building's brokers sourced a
