Seeing a project move from an idea on paper through the construction process and completion is one of the best parts of development. And we couldn’t be prouder to see just that happening at Burr Oak development in Sidney, Ohio.
In 2022, Skilken Gold and MSGA Development announced our partnership and plans to develop 175 acres near Burr Oak, with a vision for that land to become home to a future expansion site for Wilson Health, as well as commercial and residential development.
Skilken Gold is supporting the Master Planning of the development, and is working to secure quality retail partners, including drug stores, retail, quick service restaurant and grocery.
This is an exciting time for Sidney, as it’s experiencing rapid economic development thanks to its access to I-75. As a result, the community is prime for growth in retail, grocery, restaurants, and other business categories.
